AACR Annual Meeting 2022 Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AACR Housing by Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AACR Housing.
  • All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

    Companies with 20 or more rooms contracted on peak night are financially responsible for 85% of the total room block.
