Important Information for AAP National Conference Exhibitor Hotel Reservations
The AAP encourages Exhibitors to book through the official Hotel Reservations site to earn priority points!
- A maximum of (5) rooms are allowed for each exhibiting company at one of the co-headquarter hotels, the Anaheim Marriott or Hilton Anaheim.
- Requests for 10 or more rooms: Please submit a request using the Exhibitor Room Block Request form.
- Credit card guarantee: All reservations made online require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Hotels may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax approximately 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.
- Exhibitor Rooming List Deadline: August 24, 2022.
- Cancellation deadline: September 1, 2022.
- Room availability: After September 16, 2022, some hotels may not allow name or date changes.
- Last day to make changes and new reservations (based on availability): September 25, 2022.
- Internet access: Complimentary or discounted internet access is provided at the AAP contracted hotels when booked through AAP Hotel Reservations.
- Shuttles: Most hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center. The following hotels will have shuttle service: Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hyatt Regency Orange County.
- Accessibility: The National Conference strives to be an inclusive, accessible conference and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate advance accessibility requests to enhance your meeting experience; on-site requests cannot be guaranteed. These companies have not entered agreements with the Anaheim hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
