AAP 2022 National Conference & Exhibition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AAP Hotel Reservations by Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

    Deposit Information:

    Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee or check deposit of one night's room and tax per room. Hotel may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.

    All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation deadline date is Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Late cancellations will be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax.
