  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AFP Housing by Friday, September 10, 2021.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AFP Housing.
  • All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Monday, October 25, 2021.

    The assigned group room block will be determined based upon on priority points and compared to the company’s actual room night utilization from previous years. AFP Housing reserves the right to make adjustments to the block(s) based on the citywide AFP group block arrival and departure patterns.

    Deposit Information:

    Deposit Policy: If you would like to submit a check deposit for your room block, please provide a credit card in advance and request an invoice after your room block has been confirmed.

    All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

    The deadline to cancel Room Blocks no longer needed is Friday, September 10, 2021.

    Group Attrition Policy Update: For Requests of 10 or More Rooms
    AFP values our exhibitor partnerships and understands that arranging future travel is currently a challenge. For this reason, there will be no minimum room usage requirement for the AFP 2021. When submitting your room block request, we ask that you be conservative with the number of rooms needed if you anticipate fewer individuals from your company attending. If more rooms are needed closer to the event date, we can increase your block at any time.
