AUSA Room Block Requests

Fill out and submit the block request below if you need 10 rooms or more. For 9 rooms or fewer, make individual reservations.

General Information

Blocks of 10 rooms or more require a signed group agreement and must be managed online.
Blocks of 10 rooms or more are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
AUSA will consider each company's room utilization history when accommodating block requests.
Rooming lists with unique names are due by August 7. After this date, any remaining unused rooms will be released for general sale.
The deadline to cancel reservations booked within a room block is August 28. Failure to do so may result in a penalty of one night’s room plus tax, per room.

Thu, Sept 24, 2026	Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation through AUSA Housing at the Marriott Marquis, Westin Washington DC Downtown, and YOTEL Washington DC.
Mon, Sep 28, 2026	Contact the Marriott Marquis, Westin Washington DC Downtown, and YOTEL Washington DC directly to change or cancel reservations.
Tue, Sep 29, 2026	Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation through AUSA Housing at all other hotels.
Fri, Oct 2, 2026	Contact all other hotels directly to change or cancel reservations.
