Important Housing Information for Exhibitors:

Reservation requests are processed in the order in which they are received and from a protected block of rooms for exhibitors.

Requests for 10 rooms or more must be made using the Online Room Block Request Form.

Exhibitors are not permitted to reserve rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. A maximum of 25 rooms are allowed at the Rosen Centre.

• Submit your Online Room Block Request Form to AACR Housing.
• Hotel Confirmations/Group contracts will be sent out once your organization has confirmed booth space.
• Return your signed contract to AACR Housing.
• Once AACR Housing receives your signed contract, you will be sent an email with an account name and password to manage your room block online.

Important Exhibitor Deadline Dates:

Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Rooming list deadline date for group blocks.
Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Last day to request housing based on availability.
Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Last day to make changes through AACR Housing.
Friday, April 7, 2023 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotel(s).

Cancellation Policies:
Individually booked reservations - 72-hours prior to arrival
Groups of 10+ rooms - Last day to cancel is Wednesday, March 1, 2023

Government Rated Rooms: Please call the AACR Housing Customer Contact Center directly to reserve a room.


CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the AACR Annual Meeting 2023. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of AACR. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Orlando hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
