Online submission of your hotel reservation is strongly encouraged and will be processed immediately.

Proper Federal Government ID will be required at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an increase of room rate. Government rate subject to change prior to date of convention.

Friday, March 6, 2026 - Last day to request housing based on availability.
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 - Last day to make changes through AACR Housing.
Friday, April 10, 2026 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotel(s).
72-Hours Prior to Arrival - Deadline to cancel individual reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
