AAP 2022 National Conference & Exhibition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AAP Hotel Reservations by Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Thursday, September 1, 2022.

    Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

    Move in (set up): Thu, 10/6 8am-5pm & Fri, 10/8 8am-7pm
    Move out (tear down): Mon, 10/10 2pm-10pm & Tue, 10/11 8am-5pm

    Note: A maximum of (5) rooms are allowed at either the Anaheim Marriott or Hilton Anaheim for each exhibiting company.

    Previous room history through AAP Housing may be reviewed to determine your 2022 room block.

    Deposit Information:

    Deposit Policy: Credit Card guarantee required at time of booking. Hotel may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. You may update your rooms with individual credit cards when submitting your rooming list.

    All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

    Cancellation deadline date is Thursday, September 1, 2022. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax.
