AAP 2025 National Conference & Exhibition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AAP Hotel Reservations by Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

Friday, September 26: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Exhibit Dismantle Dates:
Monday, September 29: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday, September 30: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

** Note: A maximum of (5) rooms are allowed at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center (headquarter hotel) for each exhibiting company.**

Previous room history through AAP Housing may be reviewed to determine your room block.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: All hotels will require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Some hotels may charge a deposit of one night’s room & tax on or after September 5, 2025.

Individuals will be required to present their own credit card at check-in. Individual credit cards can be updated when submitting your rooming list. If you wish to set up a Master Account to pay the room charges for each guest, please advise in the Comments box below or send an email to aapsupport@cmrus.com.

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation deadline date is Thursday, August 21, 2025. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax charged by the hotel.
