Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your first choice hotel is not available, your reservation will be placed at the other official Chapter Presidents hotel.

Chapter Presidents must stay at their assigned hotel and may not request reimbursement for accommodations elsewhere.

POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION:

Changes and cancellations must be made with AUSA Housing through September 29. Beginning October 2, you may contact your hotel directly.

A credit card guarantee is required to submit a room request and upon check-in at the hotel. This card will be charged for incidentals, late cancellations, no-show fees, or any additional nights at your own expense (if applicable).

If you will not be attending, cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival to prevent a penalty of one night's room plus tax from being charged to AUSA.

Failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date will result in your reservation being cancelled for the remainder of your stay and a penalty of one night's room plus tax being billed to AUSA. If you will not be checking in as scheduled, refer to your confirmation to determine if you should contact AUSA Housing or your hotel to change your arrival date. Hotels may charge an early departure fee. Confirm your departure date before check-in.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm your room request submission.

Once the reservation has been created, an email confirmation with your hotel assignment and reservation details will be sent. Refer to your confirmation for instructions to change or cancel your reservation.
