HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST FORM

CHAPTER PRESIDENTS


Deadline to submit reservation requests: August 7

The Courtyard Washington Downtown/Convention Center and the Grand Hyatt Washington, DC are the official hotels for the AUSA Chapter Presidents attending the Annual Meeting. AUSA is holding a limited number of rooms at each hotel and availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your request has been received and approved by the AUSA, you will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days. Chapter Presidents must stay at their assigned hotel and may not request reimbursement for accommodations confirmed elsewhere.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be made with AUSA Housing through September 29. Beginning October 2, contact your hotel directly. Please note the hotels have a cancellation deadline of 7-days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room plus tax.
