POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hotels reserve the right to authorize credit cards or charge a deposit of one night's room plus tax per room on or after September 21.

Changes and cancellations must be made via email with AUSA Housing through September 29. Beginning October 2, contact the hotel directly.

Cancellations must be received before your assigned hotel's cancellation deadline in order to avoid a penalty of one night's room plus tax.

Grand Hyatt Washington: 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival
Holiday Inn Express Washington DC: 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival
Hyatt House Washington DC Downtown Convention Center: 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival

Failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date will result in a no-show charge being billed to your credit card or to AUSA. In addition, the reservation will be cancelled for the remaining nights. If you will not be checking in as scheduled, refer to your confirmation to determine if you should contact AUSA Housing or your hotel to change your arrival date. Hotels may charge an early departure fee. Confirm your departure date at check-in.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm your room request submission.

Once the reservation has been created, an email confirmation with your hotel assignment and reservation details will be sent. Refer to your confirmation for instructions to change or cancel your reservation.
