CDA Presents San Jose 2023 Exhibitor Housing Information

• Credit card guarantee of the first night's room and tax, per room or suite is required. Form of payment required upon check-in unless pre-payment is arranged. If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to your arrival.
• Monday, July 31, 2023 - Exhibitor rooming list deadline for groups of 10+ rooms.
• Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through CDA Presents San Jose 2023 Housing.
• Friday, September 1, 2023 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy - 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for CDA Presents San Jose 2023. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of CDA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the San Jose hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
