Important Information for NATA 2022 Exhibitors
Friday, June 17, 2022 - Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation through NATA Housing.
Wednesday, June 22, 2022 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotels.
To request 10 or more rooms, follow these steps:
- Complete a housing block request.
- A group room block agreement will be sent via email within 5 business days of your request.
- Return the signed agreement to receive your log in credentials to manage your block online.
NATA will implement health-and-safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the convention. For additional information regarding the specific health and safety measures, and any attendance protocols, please visit NATA's Health & Safety Page.
Convention Shuttle Information
A shuttle service will be provided to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center for both the Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown City Center and the Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia-Midtown. Please download a copy of the shuttle flyer for more information.
Beware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official housing service provider for the 73rd NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo. No other housing service provider or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NATA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Philadelphia hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please send us a message through the NATA Housing Support Center.
