For 9 or fewer rooms, proceed below to book individual reservations.

Important Exhibitor Deadlines:
Friday, March 8, 2024 - Last day for NSBA Housing to receive advance check deposits. Checks received after this date will be returned.
Friday, March 15, 2024 - Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge credit cards for one night's rate and tax per room.
Friday, March 22, 2024 - Last day to request changes or new Exhibitor Housing based on availability.
Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Reservation changes/cancellations should be made directly with your confirmed hotel.
Cancellation Deadline - 72 hours prior to arrival
