CREDIT CARD & CHECK PAYMENT POLICIES:

ADVANCE DEPOSITS POLICY:
NSBA Housing will not charge your credit card. However, the hotel is permitted to charge an advance deposit to the credit card for one night's room & tax. If an advance deposit is charged by the hotel, it will be no sooner than Tuesday, January 14, 2020. The hotel is also permitted to charge the card on file for late cancellation and no-show penalties of one night's room & tax.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
Whether a deposit is charged or not, or if a check is provided to pay for room and tax, all attendees will still need to present a physical credit card upon arrival to cover any unpaid nights and/or incidental charges. If you wish to make alternate payment arrangements with the hotel, please contact your confirmed hotel directly for instructions beginning January 14, 2020.

When a card is presented upon check in, most hotels will place an authorization hold totaling $50.00 to $100.00 per room, per night in anticipation of incidental expenses. Actual incidental expenses incurred during the guest’s stay will be billed to the credit or debit card at check-out, and the authorization hold will be released for the balance. It can take between one to eight days after check-out for the authorization hold to disappear from the credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank.

NO SHOW POLICY:
If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your credit card will be charged a penalty of one night's room and tax, and the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.
