Important Information for AAP National Conference Attendee Hotel Reservations

Priority Reservations for Members Only: Reservations will open on Tuesday, May 2 at 10 am CT with exclusive access until May 8, 2023. Only (1) reservation allowed per member. If a second room is needed for family, please send a message through the AAP Hotel Support Center. Starting May 9, 2023, the membership requirement is no longer applicable and additional hotel reservations will be based on availability.

Reservations
  • Credit Card Guarantee: All reservations made online require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Hotels may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Requests for 10 or more rooms: Must submit a submit a Room Block Request form.
  • Government rated rooms: Please call the AAP Hotel Reservations Customer Contact Center directly to reserve a room (based on availability).
Important Dates
  • Room Availability: After Friday, September 29, 2023, some hotels may not allow name or date changes.
  • Cancel Deadline: Wednesday, October 4, 2023
  • Last Day for Changes: Monday, October 9, 2023
Additional Information
  • Internet Access: Complimentary or discounted internet access is provided at the AAP contracted hotels when booked through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • Shuttles: A portion of the hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center. To view the list of hotels with shuttle service, click on the Make a Reservation tab for details.
  • Accessibility: The National Conference strives to be an inclusive, accessible conference and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate advance accessibility requests to enhance your meeting experience; on-site requests cannot be guaranteed.
