Online submission of your hotel reservation is strongly encouraged and will be processed immediately.

Important Attendee Deadline Dates:

Wednesday, March 24, 2027 - Last day to request housing based on availability and last day to make changes through AACR Housing.
Friday, March 26, 2027 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotel(s).

Cancellation Policies:
Individually booked reservations - 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Groups of 10+ rooms - Last day to cancel is Wednesday, February 17, 2027

Government Rated Rooms: Please call the AACR Housing Customer Contact Center directly to reserve a room or book online.

Requests for 10 rooms or more must be made using the Online Room Block Request Form.
See process below:

• Submit your online block request to AACR Housing.
• A group block contract from AACR Housing will be sent to you within 5 business days. (Contact AACR Housing if no communication is received within 5 business days.)
• Return your signed contract to AACR Housing.
• Once AACR Housing receives your signed contract, you will be sent an email with an account name and password to manage your room block online.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the AACR Annual Meeting 2027. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of AACR. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Orlando hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
