Friday, March 1, 2024: Groups of 10 or more: Group rooming list deadline. Last day to request housing for groups based on availability. Group Attrition based on block submitted at this date. Groups of 9 or less: Individual names for each reservation required by this date.
Wednesday, March 27, 2024: Last day to request changes or new reservations, based on availability.
Tuesday, April 2, 2024: Starting this date, changes/cancellations can be made directly with the hotel. Note: Some hotels have different turnover dates. See your confirmation for further details.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Important Information: Complimentary Internet provided to all guests booked with AAN Housing.

Four Important Things to Remember:

• CMR is the only official housing provider for the 2024 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Scammers and poachers will relentlessly call and email in attempt to persuade you to make a hotel reservation with them. CMR will not contact you unless you have already requested rooms for the 2024 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Caution is advised if the rate sounds too good to be true.
• Scammers and poachers generally request full payment upfront for your reservation. CMR will only request a credit card guarantee for one night's room and tax deposit.
