Friday, February 21, 2025: Groups of 10 or more: Group rooming list deadline. Last day to request housing for groups based on availability. Group Attrition based on block submitted at this date. Groups of 9 or less: Individual names for each reservation required by this date.
Friday March 21, 2025: Last day to request changes or new reservations with AAN Housing, based on availability.
Tuesday, March 25, 2025: Starting this date, changes/cancellations can be made directly with the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Official Housing Provider
Watch for Scammers:

• CMR is the only official housing provider for the 2025 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Scammers and poachers will relentlessly call and email in attempt to persuade you to make a hotel reservation with them. CMR will not contact you unless you have already requested rooms for the 2025 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Caution is advised if the rate sounds too good to be true.
• Scammers and poachers generally request full payment upfront for your reservation. CMR will only request a credit card guarantee for one night's room and tax deposit.
