Important Information for AAN Attendees

Housing reservations are for attendees of the AAN Annual Meeting attending the meeting in person.

Thursday, March 19, 2026: Housing deadline – make your reservation by this date. Based on availability.
Thursday, April 2, 2026: Last day to request changes for your reservation with AAN Housing. Starting Tuesday, April 7, contact the hotel directly (most hotels). Note: Some hotels may have earlier turnover dates. See your confirmation for more details.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.


Beware of housing scammers:

• CMR is the only official housing provider for the 2026 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Scammers and poachers will relentlessly call and email in attempt to persuade you to make a hotel reservation with them. CMR will not contact you unless you have already requested rooms for the 2026 AAN Annual Meeting.
• Caution is advised if the rate sounds too good to be true.
• Scammers and poachers generally request full payment upfront for your reservation. CMR will only request a credit card guarantee for one night's room and tax deposit.
