AAP 2026 National Conference & Exhibition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AAP Hotel Reservations by Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Thursday, August 27, 2026.

Exhibit Installation Dates:
Thursday, October 1: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, October 2: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Exhibit Dismantle Dates:
Monday, October 5: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday, October 6: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Note: A maximum of (5) rooms are allowed at one of the Headquarters Hotels - Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina (HQ) or Hilton San Diego Bayfront (Co-HQ) for each exhibiting company based on availability.**

Previous room history through AAP Housing may be reviewed to determine your room block.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: Individuals will be required to present their own credit card at check-in. Individual credit cards can be updated when submitting your rooming list. If you wish to set up a Master Account to pay the room charges for each guest, please advise in the Comments box below or send an email to aapsupport@cmrus.com.

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation deadline date is Thursday, August 27, 2026. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax charged by the hotel.
