AAP 2026 National Conference & Exhibition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AAP Hotel Reservations by Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AAP Hotel Reservations.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: Credit card required to guarantee reservation. Some hotels may charge a deposit of one night’s room & tax on or after 9/11/26.

Individuals will be required to present their own credit card at check-in. Individual credit cards can be updated when submitting your rooming list. If you wish to set up a Master Account to pay the room charges for each guest, please advise in the Comments box below or send an email to aapsupport@cmrus.com.

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Cancellation deadline date is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Late cancellations may be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax.
