Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
Rooming lists must be submitted to AASA Housing by Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AASA Housing.
All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Refer to Hotel List/Details page for more information.

If you had a room block at past AASA meetings, your history of rooms reserved versus rooms utilized will be reviewed. AASA Housing reserves the right to make adjustments to your room block based on past history.

Group agrees that it will make its best effort to completely fill the allocated number of rooms in their block as highlighted in the day by day grid below. In addition, Group understands that it must meet a minimum of 80% of the total room block requested to avoid attrition damages. Attrition damages will be calculated by multiplying the number of unused rooms by the room and tax rate for their designated hotel. Prior to calculating any attrition damages, AASA will review the final audited housing reports provided by AASA Housing company and will report any shortfall to Group.

Group may request maximum of 20 rooms at one of the following hotels: Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, Hilton San Diego Bayfront, and the Omni San Diego; or 10 rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego and Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Rooms at these hotels are subject to availability. Additional rooms will be assigned to an overflow hotel.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: AASA Housing will NOT be charging credit cards for one night's deposit. On or after January 30, 2024, it is the discretion of the hotel to charge one night’s room plus tax. Should you wish to use a different credit card once you have submitted your request, contact AASA Housing by sending us a message.

Cancellation Policy:

AASA Housing will forward the credit card information to the hotel as guarantee for the room. In the event of a no show (failure to check in on scheduled day of arrival) the credit card will be charged one night's and tax by the hotel.

Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Refer to Hotel List/Details page for more information. Cancellations after the deadline date will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax to be charged by the hotel. The group acknowledges that after the cancellation deadline, AASA Housing shall have no obligation to recover or seek recovery of any monies on the guest's behalf.
