RESERVATIONS
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a check deposit for one night’s room and tax drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, made payable to CMR/AASA Housing. Deposits paid by check will require a credit card to guarantee the room block until the check payment is received

TAX EXEMPTION
If your organization qualifies for Nashville hotel tax exemption, you must provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate to the hotel upon check-in.

PURCHASE ORDERS
AASA Housing does not accept purchase orders. If you would like to request an invoice to pre-pay your room and tax, please send us a message through the AASA Registration & Hotel Support Center. The last day to accept pre-payment by check is Friday, January 16, 2026.

IMPORTANT ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that several housing agencies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for the AASA 2026 NCE and have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the only official housing agent for the AASA 2026 NCE in Nashville. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AASA.

Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by AASA and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please use the AASA Official Housing online hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges.
