Move-In: November 13–15, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Target days and hours will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual .

Exhibits Open:
November 16: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
November 17: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
November 18: 10:00 AM–2:30 PM

Move-Out: November 18 (after 2:30 PM)–November 19

Priority Room Block Request Deadline: May 17

Group Rooming List Deadline: September 27

Group Packages: Group blocks booked through ACR Domestic Housing are not able to bundle breakfast (if not already included by hotel) onto existing room rates.

Last day to request housing: November 3

• Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the ACR Convergence 2024 – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
• Reservations made through unofficial or unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the ACR and may result in additional charges, no rooms even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.
• Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify the ACR immediately.
