Important Housing Information for ADA Attendees:
Last day to request housing: Thursday, June 6, 2024
Monday, June 10, 2024: Reservation changes/cancellations can be made directly with the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours cancellation notice required to avoid penalty charges.
If you do not cancel your reservation in time or fail to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival your credit card will be charged in the amount of one night’s room and tax or your check deposit will be forfeited. Your reservation will also be cancelled for the remainder of the stay.

It has come to our attention that several housing agencies may have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for the ADA's 84th Scientific Sessions and may have contacted exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the only official housing agent for the ADA's 84th Scientific Sessions in Orlando. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized or endorsed by ADA to place hotel reservations on behalf of the ADA's 84th Scientific Sessions. If you do not see this logo on the website then they are not the official provider.
Guestroom reservations made through any other agency cannot be confirmed by ADA and may result in guestroom unavailability, loss of pre-paid reservations or non-refundable deposits, additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates.
Please use the ADA Scientific Sessions Official Housing online hotel reservation system to avoid potential loss of your guestroom reservation deposits, or any confusion or additional charges.
