- Room block requests are processed by priority points for all requests received up until the deadline of Friday, February 27, 2026.
- Blocks are compared to the company’s actual room night utilization from previous years.
- Room blocks submitted after the deadline of February 27 will be assigned in the order they're received and based on hotel availability at the time of the request (after priority blocks are completed).
- AFP reserves the right to make adjustments to room block(s).
- All rooms are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees.

Affiliate Meeting Requests: If your company is interested in reserving a meeting space at a conference hotel, please complete the
AFP 2026 Official Space Request Form. AFP’s Events Team will review and notify the point of contact within three business days after receipt of the completed form.

Deposit Policy: A credit card is required to process your room block request. Checks can only be accepted after the room block has been guaranteed with a credit card.
Advance Deposits: Hotels will charge an advance deposit of one night's room and tax per room after Friday, October 2, 2026, to the credit card used to guarantee each reservation. If you do not want this deposit charged to the credit card being used to guarantee your room block, you must provide another card (or individual credit cards for your team members) to AFP Housing no later than Thursday, October 1, 2026.
PERFORMANCE for room blocks of 10 rooms or more:
"Group": Company requesting group room block through AFP Housing.
Group agrees that it will make its best effort to completely fill the allocated number of rooms in their block as requested above in the Rooms/Suites section. In addition, the Group understands that it must meet a minimum of 80% of the total room block agreed upon to avoid attrition damages. Attrition damages will be calculated by multiplying the number of unused rooms by the room and tax rate for their designated hotel up to 80%. Prior to calculating any attrition damages, AFP will review the final audited housing reports provided by AFP Housing and will report any shortfall to the Group.
Cancellation: The last day to cancel an individual reservation will be on or before Friday, October 2, 2026.
AFP and CMR are not responsible for no-show or early departure fees charged by the hotel or rooms resold due to non-arrival.
