Dear Member, Vendor Partner, Speaker and Attendee:

Unfortunately, impending projected hurricane Milton has forced us to cancel Delivering Solutions 24, our Annual Convention, in Orlando. We are beyond disappointed. But, your safety is our paramount consideration, and we have no choice.

The decision was required based on the current information that we have. That includes:

Florida Governor DeSantis has declared that Orange County (the county of Orlando) is in a state of emergency because of the oncoming storm.

The most recent storm track shows the storm headed directly for Orlando.

Some indication that the storm could be a category 3 hurricane at the time it makes landfall.
All of these factors have forced us to make this decision. We realize this is a disappointing and a major inconvenience and for that, we are deeply sorry.

Please note that all hotel reservations will be canceled on your behalf and information regarding refunds for registration fees and lead retrieval orders will be provided at a later date.
