Important Dates:
- Friday, September 11, 2026 - Cancellation deadline date. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a penalty charge of the room rate for one night plus taxes.
- Thursday, September 24, 2026 - Last day to request for housing based on availability.
- Monday, September 28, 2026 - Reservation changes/cancellations can be made directly with the hotel(s).
Beware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for Delivering Solutions 26: AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of AHCA/NCAL. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Boston hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, send us a message through the Delivering Solutions 26: AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo Support Center.
