Advance Housing Information for AUSA Chapters
Advance Housing Requests
AUSA Chapters who need 10 rooms or more are invited to request a room block ahead of the general housing opening date of June 11. AUSA has set aside a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC, Washington Marriott Metro Center, and the Washington Plaza Hotel that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. AUSA Chapters that wish to request different properties or need 9 rooms or fewer must wait to reserve their rooms until general housing opens in June.

Requests close: Friday, May 9, 2025, at 6 p.m. ET
Hotel assignments: Will be communicated on or before Friday, May 16, 2025
Important Notes
- A signed room block agreement is required to hold a block of rooms. An agreement will be sent to the requester on or before Friday, May 16, and must be returned to AUSA Housing with a signature no later than Friday, May 23.
