• Credit card guarantee of the first night's room and tax, per room or suite. Form of payment required upon check-in unless pre-payment is arranged. If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to your arrival.
• Friday, March 22, 2024 - Exhibitor rooming list deadline for groups of 10+ rooms.
• Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through CDA Presents Anaheim 2024 Housing.
  • Exception: Sunday, April 28, 2024 - Anaheim Marriott
• Friday, April 26, 2024 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.
  • Exception: Tuesday, April 30, 2024 - Anaheim Marriott
• Cancellation Policy - 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of CDA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Anaheim hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
