CDA Presents Anaheim 2025 Room Block Request for 10 rooms or more

General Information:

  • Rooming lists must be submitted to the CDA Presents Anaheim 2025 Housing Bureau by Friday, March 28, 2025.
  • Wednesday, April 23, 2025 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through CDA Presents Anaheim 2025 Housing.
  • Friday, April 25, 2025 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation. Exceptions: Monday, April 28, 2025 - Hilton Anaheim and Anaheim Marriott
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through CDA Housing Bureau.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

    Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

    Please enter the number of rooms requested for each night in the table below.


    Your request will be processed and you will be sent a Group Block contract by email.

    Once you have signed and returned your contract to housing, you will receive your account name and password via email to manage your room block online.

    Credit card guarantee of the first night's room and tax, per room or suite. Form of payment required upon check-in unless pre-payment is arranged.

    If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to your arrival.

    All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
