• The meeting will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
• Credit card guarantee of the first night's room and tax, per room or suite is required. Form of payment required upon check-in unless prepayment is arranged. If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to your arrival.
• Thursday, October 5, 2023 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through CSWE 2023 Annual Program Meeting Housing
• Monday, October 9, 2023 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation
• Cancellation policy - 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the Annual Program Meeting. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of CSWE. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
