CSWE Annual Conference 2026 Attendee Housing Information

Reservations require a major credit card for a deposit of the first night’s room and tax per room or suite. Hotels will charge one night’s room and tax deposit per room after Thursday, October 1, 2026, to the credit card used to hold the reservation(s).

Form of payment required upon check-in unless pre-payment is arranged. If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to your arrival.

Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through CSWE 2026 Annual Conference Housing for the Atlanta Marriott Marquis
• Exception - Thursday, October 1, 2026 - Hyatt Regency Atlanta & Hilton Atlanta

Friday, October 2, 2026 - Contact the Atlanta Marriott Marquis directly to change or cancel your reservation

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the 2026 CSWE Annual Conference. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of CSWE. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Atlantahotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
