Friday, September 30, 2022 - Group Rooming list deadline for groups of 10+ rooms.

Cancellation Policy - 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax, per room or suite. Please reference reservation confirmation for hotel specific cancellation.

Thursday, November 3, 2022 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through NAEYC 2022 Housing.

Monday, November 7, 2022 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.

Please note that hotel room rates for the 2022 NAEYC Annual Conference include a fee that is provided to the Association to subsidize meeting-related costs.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the NAEYC Annual Conference. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NAEYC. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Washington DC hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
