Exhibitor Room Block Request

General Information:

Complete and submit this request form if you need a block of 10 or more rooms.
To request a block of 10 or more rooms, complete the request form below and a member of the NATA housing team will review and process your request. Within 5 business days, a group room block agreement will be sent via email. Once you have signed and returned the agreement, an account name and password will be provided so that you can manage your room block online.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Friday, May 2, 2025	Rooming lists/unique names due to NATA Housing.
Tuesday, June 3, 2025	Last day recommended to make a reservation based on availability.
Monday, June 16, 2025	Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with NATA Housing.
Wednesday, June 18, 2025	Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: A credit card guarantee or check deposit for one night's room and tax is required. Hotels may charge this deposit per room on or after Wednesday, June 4, 2025. To avoid charges to your guaranteed card, please provide individual credit cards for reservations no later than Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

All rooms are subject to applicable taxes and/or hotel surcharges.

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Cancellation Policy:

The deadline to cancel room blocks that are no longer needed is Friday, May 2, 2025.

To avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax per room, individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.
