Important Information for NATA 2025 Attendees

Tuesday, June 3, 2025 - Last day to make a reservation for best availability.
Monday, June 16, 2025 - Last day to make a reservation (based on availability), or change or cancel a reservation through NATA Housing.
Wednesday, June 18, 2025 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotels.


Beware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official housing service provider for the 76th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo. No other housing service provider or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NATA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Orlando hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. The FTC’s Government and Business Impersonation Rule, which targets scammers who impersonate businesses and government entities including hotel reservation scams went into effect on April 1, 2024. Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please send us a message through the NATA Housing Support Center. Report hotel reservation scams to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/.
