Exhibitor Room Block Request

General Information:

To request a block of 10 or more rooms, complete the request form below and a member of the NATA housing team will review and process your request. Within 5 business days, a group room block agreement will be sent via email. Once you have signed and returned the agreement, an account name and password will be provided so that you can manage your room block online.

Important Dates & Deadlines

 Friday, May 8, 2026 - Rooming lists/unique names due to NATA Housing.
Monday, June 8, 2026 - Last day recommended to make a reservation based on availability.
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 - Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with NATA Housing.
Friday, June 19, 2026 - Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: A credit card guarantee or check deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax per room. Please note that a credit card guarantee is required to process a room block. Checks can only be accepted after the room block has been guaranteed with a credit card.

Advanced Deposits: Hotels may charge a deposit equal to one night's room and tax per room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservations on or after Tuesday, June 9, 2026. To avoid charges to the guaranteed card, please ensure that individual credit cards are provided for each reservation no later than Monday, June 8, 2026.

All rooms are subject to applicable taxes and/or hotel surcharges.

Cancellation Policy:

The deadline to cancel room blocks that are no longer needed is Friday, May 8, 2026.

To avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax per room, individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.
