Important Information for NATA Attendees

Monday, June 8, 2026 - Last day to make a reservation for best availability.
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 - Last day to make a reservation (based on availability), or change or cancel a reservation through NATA Housing.
Friday, June 19, 2026 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. 

Check Deposits: If you are paying for your reservation by check, deposits must be received by NATA Housing no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Checks received after this date will not be accepted.

Please note the following guidelines regarding the NATA 2026 hotel guestroom block:

Limited Extension Availability: Requests to extend hotel reservations before or after the official convention dates are subject to hotel availability and may be limited due to overlapping citywide events, including the FIFA World Cup.

Room Block Eligibility: Rooms within the designated NATA block are reserved exclusively for registered convention attendees. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance. Reservations made by individuals not affiliated with NATA or the annual convention may be cancelled without notice.

Beware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official housing service provider for the 77th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo. No other housing service provider or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NATA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Philadelphia hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. The FTC’s Government and Business Impersonation Rule, which targets scammers who impersonate businesses and government entities including hotel reservation scams went into effect on April 1, 2024. Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please send us a message through the NATA Housing Support Center. Report hotel reservation scams to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/.
