Important Information for the State Association Member Block

Signia by Hilton rooms are available for state association executive directors, officers, delegates, and association staff. Deadline to make these reservations is Friday, January 24, 2025.

All reservations for state association member rooms require a six-character state code. State codes are emailed to state association executive directors and assistants. Please do not share your codes with anyone. Please email vcarty@nsba.org if you do not have your six-character state code.

The Signia by Hilton is adjacent to the Georgia World Congress Center. No shuttle service will be provided.

States may also book additional rooms in any available hotel under General Attendee Housing. These rooms are on a first come, first served basis. No state code is required.

States may also book additional rooms for COSA School Law Seminar attendees under their dedicated room block at the Omni at Centennial Park. These rooms are on a first come, first served basis and require COSA School Law Seminar registration confirmation numbers for each attendee.

Important State Association Attendee Deadlines:

Friday, January 24, 2025 – Last day to request new reservations through the State Association room block at the Signia by Hilton, based on availability. After this date, you may book any available hotel in the General Attendee Housing block. You may request changes through either block until March 21, based on availability.
Friday, March 7, 2025 - Last day for NSBA Housing to receive advance check deposits. Checks received after this date will be returned.
Friday, March 14, 2025 - Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge credit cards for one night's rate and tax per room.
Monday, March 17, 2025 - Last day to cancel to avoid a penalty of one night's room & tax.
Friday, March 21, 2025 - Last day to request changes or new reservations through General Attendee Housing based on availability.
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - Reservation changes/cancellations should be made directly with your confirmed hotel.

Hotel payments are made separately from conference registration payments.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for NSBA's Annual Conference. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NSBA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Atlanta hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, send us a message through the NSBA Hotel Support Center.
