Important Information for NSBA Council of School Attorneys Law Seminar Attendees

Important COSA Attendee Deadlines:

Friday, January 10, 2025 – Last day to request new reservations through the COSA SLS block at the Omni at Centennial Park based on availability. After this date, you may book any available hotel in the General Attendee Housing block. You may request changes through either block until March 21, based on availability.
Friday, March 7, 2025 - Last day for NSBA Housing to receive advance check deposits. Checks received after this date will be returned.
Friday, March 14, 2025 - Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge credit cards for one night's rate and tax per room.
Monday, March 17, 2025 - Last day to cancel to avoid a penalty of one night's room & tax.
Friday, March 21, 2025 - Last day to request changes or new reservations through General Attendee Housing based on availability.
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - Reservation changes/cancellations should be made directly with your confirmed hotel.

COSA School Law Seminar Headquarters Hotel - Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park

If you wish to book at a hotel other than the Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park, you may book any available hotel through the General Attendee Housing room block.

Hotel payments are made separately from conference registration payments.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for NSBA's Annual Conference. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NSBA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Atlanta hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, send us a message through the NSBA Hotel Support Center.
