Important Information for NSBA Attendees

State School Board Associations Room Block
State associations making reservations for state-level association executive directors, staff, officers, or delegates at the headquarters Signia by Hilton, please click here to be redirected to the State Associations Housing website (note: the State Associations site is for Member State Association personnel only, not local or regional school districts). You will need your state specific six-character primary state code to make reservations.

Important Attendee Deadlines:

Friday, March 7, 2025 - Last day for NSBA Housing to receive advance check deposits. Checks received after this date will be returned.
Friday, March 14, 2025 - Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge credit cards for one night's rate and tax per room.
Monday, March 17, 2025 - Last day to cancel to avoid a penalty of one night's room & tax.
Friday, March 21, 2025 - Last day to request changes or new reservations through General Attendee Housing based on availability.
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - Reservation changes/cancellations should be made directly with your confirmed hotel.

Annual Conference Co-Headquarters: Signia by Hilton & Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park

COSA School Law Seminar Attendees:
The COSA headquarters is the Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park.
Registrants for the COSA School Law Seminar may book in the COSA dedicated room block at the Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park, or in any available hotel in the General Attendee block here.

Deadline to book in COSA School Law Seminar's room block at the Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park is Friday, January 10, 2025. After that, all reservations need to be booked in any available hotels in the General Attendee block on this website.

Shuttle service to/from the Georgia World Congress Center will be provided for all hotels except for the Signia by Hilton, which is adjacent to the convention center.

Important Hotel Deposit & Credit Card Information:

Please carefully review all hotel deposit and credit card policies & procedures.
Hotel payments are made separately from conference registration payments.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for NSBA's Annual Conference. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NSBA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Atlanta hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, send us a message through the NSBA Hotel Support Center.
