  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to Payroll Congress Housing by Friday, March 12, 2027.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through Payroll Congress Housing .
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

Deposit Policy:
The credit card provided will be used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged upon booking. Prior to the meeting, reservation information (including the credit card number) will be securely forwarded to the hotel. The hotel may charge a deposit of the first night’s room and tax per room or suite. Form of payment required upon check-in unless pre-payment is arranged. If prepaying the hotel directly, please ensure your billing is all set prior to arrival.”
