SEMICON West Attendee Housing Information

Requests for 10 or more rooms: Must complete a Room Block Request.

Credit card guarantee: All reservations made online require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Hotels may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.

Important Dates

Rooming list deadline: Friday, May 24, 2024
Last day to cancel reservations: Friday, June 21, 2024
Last day to make changes and new reservations: Tuesday, June 25, 2024
Beginning Thursday, June 27, 2024: All changes and cancellations can be made directly with the hotels.

Requests for hospitality suites and meeting rooms at Moscone or at one of the official conference hotels are only accepted from confirmed SEMICON West exhibitors. Please visit the semiconwest.org website for more information.

REMINDER: Hotel Shuttle Bus service will not be provided.

Alert! CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for SEMICON West Housing. Note the SEMICON West Official Contractor seal at the bottom of this page. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of SEMICON West. These companies have not entered agreements with the San Francisco hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, please contact SEMICON West Housing.
