Exhibitor Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Beginning on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, all exhibitors must use the block request form to secure 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted by Friday, August 22, 2025.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through the official housing website.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Friday, September 19, 2025.

* Previous Room Block History may be reviewed by SEMICON West Housing to determine your room block.

* Requests for hospitality suites will be reviewed by SEMI show management.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee required in the amount of one night's room and tax. Some hotels may charge a deposit on or after Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

CREDIT CARD: The current card on file will be forwarded to the hotel(s) to guarantee each room. Individuals will be required to present their own credit card at check-in. If you wish to set up a Master Account to pay the room & tax for each guest, please advise in the Comments box below or send an email to semiconwestsupport@cmrus.com.



All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
