SEMICON West Exhibitor Housing Information

General housing for all exhibitors will open on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 9AM (Pacific Time) for both individual reservations and block requests for 10 or more rooms.

Requests for 10 or more rooms: Submit a Room Block Request.

Credit card guarantee: A credit card guarantee is required for room block requests and individual reservations. Hotels may charge a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.

Priority Sponsor Block Requests Open: Wednesday, March 4, 2026
General Exhibitor Housing Opens: Wednesday, March 11, 2026
Rooming List Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026
Last Day to Cancel Reservations Without Penalty: Friday, September 25, 2026
Last Day to Add, Change, or Cancel Reservations: Tuesday, September 29, 2026
Begin Managing Reservations with Hotels: Thursday, October 1, 2026

Requests for hospitality suites and meeting rooms at the Moscone Center or at one of the official conference hotels will need prior approval from SEMI show management. The request form will be available on SEMI's Exhibitor Service Center page in March.

Alert! CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for SEMICON West Housing. Note the SEMICON West Official Contractor seal at the bottom of this page. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of SEMICON West. These companies have not entered agreements with the San Francisco hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
