Important Dates & Deadlines

Friday, September 26, 2025 Rooming lists/unique names due to SfN Housing.
Friday, October 17, 2025 Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Wednesday, October 29, 2025 Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing for Marriott Marquis.
Friday, October 31, 2025 Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with Marriott Marquis.
Tuesday, November 4, 2025   Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing.
Friday, November 7, 2025 Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Exhibitors may not reserve more than 5 rooms per co-headquarters hotel (Marriott Marquis San Diego and Hilton San Diego Bayfront).

Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

Deposit Information:

The credit card information provided will be used to guarantee your room block and will not be charged by SfN Housing. When uploading your rooming list, you will have the option to provide individual credit card information for each reservation. Prior to the meeting, reservation information (including credit card numbers) will be securely forwarded to the hotel(s). Please be aware that hotels reserve the right to authorize or charge a deposit of one night's room and tax per room on or after Friday, October 24, 2025.

All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
