Important Dates & Deadlines

Friday, September 25, 2026 Rooming lists/unique names due to SfN Housing.
Friday, October 16, 2026 Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Tuesday, November 3, 2026   Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing.
Friday, November 6, 2026 Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Exhibitors may not reserve more than 5 rooms per co-headquarters hotel (Marriott Marquis Washington, DC and Westin Washington, DC Downtown).

Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

Deposit Information:

The credit card information provided will be used to guarantee your room block and will not be charged by SfN Housing. When uploading your rooming list, you will have the option to provide individual credit card information for each reservation. Prior to the meeting, reservation information (including credit card numbers) will be securely forwarded to the hotel(s). Please be aware that hotels reserve the right to authorize or charge a deposit of one night's room and tax per room on or after Friday, October 16, 2026.

All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
