Rooming lists must be submitted to STS Housing by Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

All reservation changes and/or cancelations must be made through STS Housing.

All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

Groups are allowed to request up to 20 rooms at the Hilton Bayfront. Due to hotel agreements, a minimum number of rooms must be utilized in your company's confirmed block. If actual utilization falls below 80% of the final total room nights confirmed on or before November 9, 2022 an attrition fee will be assessed. The attrition fee will be equal to your room rate (including tax) multiplied by the number of room nights by which your utilizations fell below 80%.
