Exhibitor Housing Information
- Friday, August 2, 2024 – Last day to make a new reservation in the dedicated Exhibitor room block. You can still cancel or modify existing reservations - other than date extensions - through this website up to September 25. Date extensions can be requested by sending us a message.
- Friday, August 16, 2024 – Rooming list due date for blocks of 10 or more rooms.
- Wednesday, September 11, 2024 – Last day to cancel a group block without penalty.
- Wednesday, September 25, 2024 – Last day to change/cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.
- Friday, September 27, 2024 – Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotels.
- 72-hours prior to arrival – Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

BADGE PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE AIRPORT!
If you are arriving by air, you can pick up your badge before leaving the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: Level 1, Baggage Claim between doors 3 and 4 on Saturday, October 5, 9:00am - 6:00pm or Sunday, October 6, 9:00am - 7:00pm.
Badge pickup will also be available at the Hilton Riverside hotel, Sheraton New Orleans hotel, and the convention center.

Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for WEFTEC. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation. Other agencies have not entered into agreements with the New Orleans hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
